As San Marcos heads into Halloween and the end of Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, November 3, the City is reminding residents to stay alert on roads, trails, and in neighborhoods, especially during evening hours when visibility decreases.
With more families walking and biking for Halloween festivities and earlier evening darkness after the time change, residents are encouraged to take extra caution to help keep our community safe.
