With high Santa Ana winds and red flag warnings in place through Wednesday, Nov. 14, residents can expect intermittent power outages throughout San Marcos and County of San Diego as SDG&E takes steps to keep communities safe from wildfire. Public Works Administration is responsible for overall department budgeting, planning and strategic leadership; the department-wide safety program and monthly training; asset management; and department contract management. This department also handles the procurement and maintenance of all city vehicles & equipment.
