To be eligible, homeowners may not earn more than 80% of the San Diego County's Area Median (average) Income (AMI), adjusted for family size. Homes must be owner-occupied manufactured or single-family homes located within the city limits of the City of San Marcos. The after rehabilitation value of the home may not exceed $312,000.
