Now hiring San Marcos team membersWith summer quickly approaching, San Marcos Aquatics is looking for seasonal lifeguards, head guards, swim instructors and cashiers to watch over city pools for summer 2017. Applications will be accepted through March 28.

“San Marcos lifeguarding offers a chance to become part of an exciting team that helps people safely enjoy the water,” said Aquatics Supervisor Cheryl Salazar.

With a schedule of about 20 hours per week, pay starts at $11.05 an hour.

“With so many great summer camps, swim lessons and special events planned, it is important to make sure we have qualified and trained staff on deck now,” continued Salazar.
